The Journal was first developed and published in 1998 by Rose Kelly who recognised that there was a lack of professional resources for property managers. In 2004 Debbie Palmer, the Director of Palmer Professional Management Group Pty Ltd trading as the PPM Group acquired the Journal and is passionate about continuing the legacy of the journal.
